Outer Space Finger Puppets

Hello my friends! I’ve just returned from a beautiful trip to Italy, where I spent time with my family, enjoyed long lunches together, and of course, ate plenty of amazing homemade pasta.

As an Italian, food has always been such a big part of the way I connect with home. Pasta isn’t just food, it’s memories, family traditions, Sunday lunches, and that feeling of comfort that only something familiar can bring.

Coming back from that trip, I felt inspired to bring a little piece of that warmth into my crochet world… and that’s how my Pasta Lover Collection was born.

This collection includes some of the most recognizable pasta types, each recreated in soft yarn with realistic textures. From stuffed ravioli to twisted fusilli, every piece has its own personality and brings a special touch to the set.

As a little treat, I’m sharing the instructions for Rigatoni and Farfalle (Bow-Tie Pasta) for free here on the blog, so you can start crocheting right away and get a taste of the full collection.

Inside the complete Pasta Lover Collection pattern, available in my Etsy shop, you’ll also find the instructions to crochet: Tortellini, Ravioli, Penne, Fusilli and Orecchiette.

Plus bonus instructions for the perfect finishing touch: Cherry Tomatoes & Basil Leaves.

Because no pasta dish is ever truly complete without those iconic little details.

The full PDF pattern includes: 13 beautifully formatted pages, more than 40 helpful illustrations, step-by-step schematics, clear written instructions, assembly and shaping guidance for every pasta type.

Whether you’d like to create a playful market display, a pretend play kitchen set, a unique gift for a food lover, or simply something fun and different for your crochet collection, this bundle is designed to be both enjoyable and easy to follow.

You can start with the free Rigatoni and Farfalle patterns here on the blog, and if you’d like the complete set, the full Pasta Lover Collection is waiting for you in my Etsy shop.

I hope you’ll love crocheting these little pasta shapes as much as I loved designing them.
