Outer Space Finger Puppets

Hello my fellow crafters!

I love the idea of creating art tools using other craft mediums. For us fiber artists, yarn and hooks are basically our paint and brushes...so why not combine those two worlds together in a really cute way?

This project was so much fun to design and photograph. For the final pictures, I staged the scene with a tiny wooden easel and a mini canvas. I even added a few quick paint strokes to the canvas to make it look like an artist had just been working there!

To celebrate the release, the base paint tube pattern is available for free right here in this blog post! You can use it to make as many colorful tubes as you like.

If you’d like to make the complete set exactly as shown in the photos, the full version is available in my shop! The paid version includes the instructions for the removable tube caps (which can be screwed off and on!) and both types of paintbrushes.
