Arms
With A make a magic ring.
Rnd 1: Work 8 sc in a ring.
Rnd 2: * sc in next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st; rep from * twice – 10 sc.
Rnds 3 - 4: 1 sc in each st around – 10 sc.
Rnd 5: With B, 1 sc in each st around – 10 sc.
Rnds 6: 1 sc in each st around – 10 sc.
Rnd 7: With A, 1 sc in each st around – 10 sc.
Rnds 8 - 13: 1 sc in each st around – 10 sc.
Fasten off. Stuff the Arms
Legs, Body and Helmet
Leg I
With A.
Rnd 1: Ch 6, 2 sc in 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc in next 3 sts, 7 hdc in the last st, keep working on the opposite side of foundation chain, 1 sc in the next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st – 17 sts.
Rnds 2: 2 sc in 1st st, 1 sc in next 4 sts, 1 hdc in the next 2 sts, 2 hdc in next 3 sts, 1 hdc in the next 2 sts, 1 sc in next 4 sts, 2 sc in last st – 22 sts.
Rnd 3: Sc in next 6 sts, 1 hdc in the next 4 sts, 2 hdc in next 2 sts, 1 hdc in the next 4 sts, 1 sc in next 6 sts – 24 sts.
Rnd 4: Work in back loops, 1 sc in next 6 sts, 1 hdc in the next 12 sts, 1 sc in next 6 sts – 24 sts.
Rnd 5: Work in both loops, Sc in next 6 sts, 2 sc2tog, 2 hdc2tog, 2 sc2tog, 1 sc in next 6 sts – 18 sts.

Work same as Leg I but do not fasten off; sc in next st. Stuff the Leg.
With B, insert hook into front loop of any st of Rnd 3, 1 sl st in each st around – 24 sl st.
Fasten off and weave in end B.
Join Legs
With A
Rnd 15: Ch 2 (for space between legs), insert hook in st # 6 of Leg I and draw up a loop, ch 1, sc in same st, sc in next 11 sts; working in back bumps of chains between legs, hdc in next 2 chs; working in sts of Leg II, sc in first st following chain between legs, sc in next 11 sts; working in chains between legs, hdc in next 2 chs – 28 sts.
Do not fasten off.
Body
Rnd 16: * sc in next 6 sts, 2 sc in next st; rep from * around – 32 sc.
Rnds 17 - 21: Sc in each st around – 32 sc.
Rnd 22: * sc in next 6 sts, sc2tog; rep from * around – 28 sc.
Rnd 23: Sc in each st around – 28 sc.
Rnd 24: * sc in next 5 sts, sc2tog; rep from * around – 24 sc.
Rnds 25 - 27: Sc in each st around – 24 sc.
Continue stuffing until piece is complete.
Join Arms
Rnd 28: Sc in next 7 sc, insert hook in any st of last rnd of Arm I and draw up a loop, ch 1, sc in same st, sc in next 9 sts; working on Body, sc in next 12 sts, insert hook in any st of last rnd of Arm II and draw up a loop, ch 1, sc in same st, sc in next 9 sts; working on Body, sc in next 5 sts – 44 sc.
Rnd 29: * sc in next 2 sts, sc2tog; rep from * around – 33 sc.
Rnd 30: * sc in next 1 sts, sc2tog; rep from * around – 22 sc.
Rnd 31: With B, 1 sc in each st around – 22 sc.
Rnd 32: Sc in each st around – 22 sc.
Rnd 33: With A, 1 sc in each st around – 22 sc.
Rnd 34: 2 sc in each st around – 44 sc.

Rnd 50: * sc in next st, sc2tog; rep from * around – 12 sc.
Rnd 51: Sc2tog around – 6 sc.
Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Thread tail through top of sts of last rnd. Pull tail to close opening and knot securely.
Helmet Visor
With B.
Rnd 1: Ch 6, 2 sc in 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc in next 3 sts, 4 sc in the last st, keep working on the opposite side of the foundation chain, 1 sc in the next 3 sts, 2 sc in next st – 14 sc.

Fasten off B.
Rnd 6: With A, sc in each st around – 50 sc.
Fasten off, leaving a long strand for sewing Visor on Helmet.
With A, embroider Light Reflection on Visor.
Helmet Side Disks
With B, make a ring.
Rnd 1: Work 8 sc in a ring.
Rnd 2: 2 sc in each st around – 16 sc.
Rnd 3: * sc in next st, 2 sc in next st; rep from * around – 24 sc.
Rnd 4: Work in back loops, sc in each st around – 24 sc.
Rnd 5: Work in both loops, sc in each st around – 24 sc.
Fasten off, leaving a long strand for sewing Disks to sides of Helmet. Stuff Disks lightly.
Control Display
With A, make a magic ring.
Rnd 1: Work 2 sc, 2 chs, 2 sc, 2 chs, 2 sc, 2 chs, 2 sc, 2 chs in a ring – 8 sc, 8 chs.
Rnd 2: * 1 sc in next 2 st, (1 sc, 2 chs, 1 sc in ch-2 space); rep * four times – 16 sc, 8 chs.
Fasten off.
With C, insert hook into front loop of any st of Rnd 2, 1 sl st in each st around – 24 sl st.
Fasten off, leaving a long strand for sewing Display to front of Body.
Button
With C, make a ring.
Rnd 1: Work 8 sc in a ring.
Fasten off, leaving a long strand for sewing Button to Display.
