Christmas Bauble Free Crochet Pattern
The holiday crafting season is officially here, and I am so excited to share my latest festive design with you! Today, we are stitching up these beautiful rustic Christmas Baubles.

They make wonderful additions to your Christmas tree, unique gift toppers, or thoughtful handmade presents for friends and family.
For this collection, I chose to work with worsted weight yarn in soft beige and barley tones. These cozy neutral shades give the baubles a timeless, farmhouse-inspired look that pairs so naturally with greenery, wooden elements, and pinecones.
However, don't let neutrals limit your imagination! These baubles are incredibly versatile:
Go Bright & Festive: try vibrant reds, forest greens, or metallic shades for a traditional holiday look.
Play with Stripes: work with two or more colors on a single bauble to create fun, custom color combinations.

With A/B, work in rows (turn and ch 1 at the end of each row).
Row 1: Ch 23, 2 sc in 2nd ch from the hook, 1 sc in next 19 chs, sk 1 ch, 1 sc in next ch – 22 sc; turn.
Row 2: Working in back loop only, 1 sc2tog, 1 sc in next 19 sts, 2 sc in next st – 22 sc; turn.
Row 3: Working in back loop only, 2 sc in next st, 1 sc in next 19 sts, 1 sc2tog – 22 sc; turn.
Row 4: Working in back loop only, 1 sc2tog, 1 sc in next 19 sts, 2 sc in next st – 22 sc; turn.
Rows 5 - 22: Rep Rnds 3 and 4.
Fold the panel in half and join the two short sides together using a row of slip stitches to form a tube. Once joined, turn the tube inside out so the seam is hidden on the inside.
To close each ends, thread a long yarn tail onto a yarn needle. Weave the needle in and out along the outer rims. Pull the yarn gently to cinch the opening closed.
Begin stuffing and continue until the piece is complete.
Leave a small -inch opening at the center of one of the two openings to insert the cap.
