Dino Safety Blanket Free Crochet Pattern

Updated: Mar 9, 2023

When it comes to create kids friendly items, choosing a super soft, cozy and warm yarn is key!...as for this fun Dino Safety Blanket that I designed for my friends at Lion Brand Yarn!

They introduce me to Cover Story, a super bulky chenille yarn, with a rich, velvety texture, that comes in a range of many beautiful colors!

I had so much fun designing this cute blanket. The wavy pattern is so fast to work and it goes perfectly with the dinosaur theme, don't you think?

The face details and the spikes are worked with bulky yarn. The spikes are crocheted with a smaller hook to create a tighter look.

...so will you give this project a try? I promise, you will fall in love with the softness and cuteness of this small blanket!

***You can purchase a downloadable AD-FREE PDF of the pattern with more than 60
