Hello my dear crafters! How's your week going so far?

I have to admit that have been so impressed on your feedback on my finger puppets projects I shared with you all in the post months, that I decided to work on a new fun collection!

I used to love the Wizard of Oz when I was little. I remember I would listen to the story on my audiocassette over and over again with my brother - what a wonderful memory!!!

Today I'll be sharing the instructions to create the cute little Dorothy.

The pattern of the Lion is already available for free - click HERE to check the blog post!

...and if you liked this kind of crochet projects, don't forget to also check out the Safari and Woodland Finger Puppets Collections!!

To make braids: cut 3 long strands of brown yarn for each braid. Thread your yarn onto a tapestry needle and insert the tip of the needle below the front loop of sts # 5-6-7 and # 18-19-20. Fold your yarn in half. Braid the yarn and make a knot to secure the braid. Cut the extra length.

Embroider the EYES with black yarn between rnds # 6-8. Add the eye glare with white yarn.

Embroider the NOSE with beige yarn between rnds # 7-8, by wrapping some yarn vertically on two sts.
