YARN: Light (3) - Beige, White and Brown; Sewing Thread in Black

MATERIALS: 2.5 mm Crochet Hook; Yarn Needle

ABBREVIATIONS: magic ring (mr), chain (ch), stitch (st), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), back loop only (BLO), increase (inc), decrease (dec), fasten off (F/O)


SKILL LEVEL: Beginner

Head & Body (beige and white)

Rnd 1: starting off with beige yarn, 8 sc in a mr (8)

Rnd 2: sc inc around (16)

Rnd 3: (1 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (24)

Rnds 4 - 8: sc even (24)

Rnd 9: (1 sc, 1 sc dec) rep around (16)

Rnd 10: (2 sc, 1 sc dec) rep around (12); F/O beige yarn

Rnd 11: switch to white yarn, (1 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (18)

Rnd 12: (2 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (24); start stuffing the head and the body

Rnd 13: sc even (24)

Rnd 14: (3 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (30)

Rnds 15 - 17: sc even (30)

Rnd 18: (9 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (33)

Rnds 19 - 20: sc even (33)

Rnd 21: (10 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (36)

Rnds 22 - 25: sc even (36)

Rnd 26: (8 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (40)

Rnd 27: working in BLO, (2 sc, 1 sc dec) rep around (30)

Rnd 28: (1 sc, 1 sc dec) rep around (20); finish stuffing the body

Rnd 29: sc dec around (10); F/O, close the hole and weave in end.


Hair (brown)

Rnd 1: 8 sc in a mr (8)

Rnd 2: sc inc around (16)

Rnd 3: (1 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (24)

Rnd 4: sc even (24)

Rnd 5: (3 sc, 1 sc inc) rep around (30)

Rnds 6 - 7: sc even (30)

Rnd 8: 12 sc, 1 sc inc, 1 hdc inc, 2 sl st, 1 hdc inc, 2 sc inc, 12 sc (34); F/O, leaving a long strand of yarn to sew the hair to the head.


Hair Bun (brown)

Rnd 1: 8 sc in a mr (8)

Rnds 2 - 3: sc even (8)

F/O, leaving a long strand of yarn to sew the hair bun to the top of the hair.


Wings (white - make two)

Row 1: 7 chs, 1 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, 4 sc, 4 sc into the last ch, keep working on the opposite side of the foundation chain, 3 sc (12); ch1 and turn

Rnd 2: 4 sc, 1 sc inc in each one of the next 2 sts, 6 sc (14); ch3 and turn

Rnd 3: 1 sc into the 2nd ch of the hook, 1 sc into the next ch, 7 sc, 1 sc inc in each one of the next 2 sts, 3 sc (16); ch1 and turn

Rnd 4: 4 sc, 1 sc inc in each one of the next 2 sts, 10 sc (18); ch3 and turn

Rnd 5: 1 sc into the 2nd ch of the hook, 1 sc into the next ch, 11 sc, 1 sc inc in each one of the next 2 sts, 5 sc (22); F/O and leave a long strand of yarn to sew the wing to the back of the body.


Embroider two short lines with black sewing thread to create the eyes.

Apply a bit of pink blush on the cheeks.
